The true meaning of N.R.A

It’s not what you think. It’s the great (back)side benefit of classic style cross country skiing. As long as you’re not one of those sickos who just double poles all the time, with a healthy dose of classic you’ll be sure to get an N.R.A:


Classic style cross country skiing is the Nordic secret to full, pleasing round hams. Just needed some old, obscure California slang to put the right word (or acronym) on it.

But if you’re really watching your backside, avoid skate skiing at all costs. It just leads to freaky musculature like the dreaded “hollow lateral buttock“.
